Do my clients need to download an app?
No. It all happens on WhatsApp, which they already use. They send a photo of the document like any other photo.
Does it work with my tax software?
It doesn't replace it (Drake, ProSeries, TaxSlayer or any other). It hands you complete, organized documents so you prepare in the software you already use.
What about my clients' information?
It's the first thing we define with you before starting: where it's stored, who sees it, and the confidentiality agreement we sign with your office.
How much does it cost?
