Terms of use.

Who provides the service. Velocity Taxes is a service of Level 5, Calle Ramón Jurado, PH Arrecife 8A, Panama City, Panama. By using it you accept these terms. If your office signs an agreement with us, that agreement prevails over this page.

What we do. A WhatsApp assistant asks your office's clients for their documents, follows up and collects them. The system reads those documents and, if you connect your accounting software, records the information in it.

Your accounting software. You authorize the connection to your software (for example QuickBooks) and can remove it at any time. We only use it for what the service needs.

Your office's part. Your office reviews and approves what we record, prepares and signs the returns and the books, and obtains from its clients the consents the law requires to share their information. We are not CPAs and we don't give tax advice.

Confidentiality. We handle your clients' information under the confidentiality agreement we sign before starting.

Price. Price and payment terms are those in the agreement signed with your office.

Liability. We work carefully, but the service is provided as is. Our total liability does not exceed what your office paid us in the last 12 months.
